We started out as a small squad in Europe 1. It wasn’t the arena for us. We moved to Pacific 1. A few weeks after forming the squad in Pacific 1 we merged with a squad called 37th F/B SQUAD. The CO was JS33 a real nice person, We won several Campaigns as #1 bomber squad. BULLDOG himself also won #1 a few times. A few campaigns later the 37th moved to Relaxed Realism BIG PACIFIC. Our 1st campaign in Big Pacific we showed ourselves #1 bomber squad again. A few campaigns later we started having problems with the 37th, We then left the 37th and Became 490TH BATTLIN’ BULLDOGS, Founded in NOVEMBER 1995. As 490TH we won #1 Bomber squad again. We thought the 37th got their act together at the time and we remerged with them. We still continued to be #1 untill one day the 37th split up. A few went to KOREA and some went to Classic Air Warrior, The squad FELL apart!

The 490TH left the 37th and took the remaining members and became the 490TH once more, But this time we were bigger. We Then got an offer from 6GUNS the leader of the VFA-105 GUNSLINGERS, he asked us to be his bomber squad, we accepted. But we lost our fun the day 6GUNS got expelled from Gamestorm.

Blldg and CLT then took responsibility of the squad and renamed it 490TH Battlin BullDogs again. We have formed 3 sections of the squad, We have a BOMBER WING, We have a FIGHTER WING, and we have a CADET WING. We have grown to be a very large squadron, and have planned out and accomplished many missions during the Campaigns. We like flying in formation a lot, because formation has proven to be Helpful in bad times. We have a dream of being No.1 of the most popular and organized squadron in Air Warrior 3. The squad has remained in RR Big Pac Az.

Around JUNE of 1999 BULLDOG left 490th and AW . Between CLT45 and Spaz0 they kept the 490th alive.Sence that time the squad moved to AW3 MV at EA. where the 490th still fly proud, together,and starting to grow bigger than ever. Always welcoming new members we will be strong once again. Salute to all 490th Past,Present, and Future members.But then around the end of December of 2001 AW3 and our mission's had ended giving final salute to AW3 leaving as the #1 bomber squad thanx to the expertise and and great skills of our bombers and fighters where in top ten thanx to the great skills as well the Squad was then transfered to Aces High where we will make our selves well known again as we head for the top of the charts in yet another arena .
